How it works?

• We will discuss by email about your wishes, dislikes, preferences and budget. Considering this points we will give you a full quotation, including all items for your ceremony and reception.
• Inform us when you are in Bali. It can be 1 year or 2 weeks before your wedding date. We will arrange inspections at up to 3 of your favourite venues per day
• We will pick you up at your hotel and your personal wedding planner will accompany you to all places, guide you through the locations and explain every single detail about the locations. Starting from the options for the ceremony venue, the set up possibilities for the live band and dance floor and even accommodation where your guests can stay. You will have a complete picture of how your wedding day will be like.
• You wish to try the different menus for your wedding, look for a dress or have a make-up trial? No problem, we will arrange even the little but very important things for the wedding preparation. 
• After visiting your potential wedding venues you will be probably overwhelmed by all the fascinating impressions. After this exciting day, we will have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in our office and discuss in a relaxing atmosphere about everything what is going through your mind. Most likely, you already ‘fell in love’ with one of the venues, so the final details can be discussed. Now you can lean back and start sending invitations for your wedding in Bali.
